O/O Fees



The franchise fee is a license to own and operate the franchise business.

One Time O/O Franchise Fee: $20,000

Monthly Royalty Fee: 5%

Monthly Marketing Fee: 2%



Master Franchise Fees



5S Property Services, Inc. offers master franchises for provinces in Canada or states in the United States or countries from around the world. The Master Franchise Fee is $100,000 and a royalty fee of 5 percent.
